Wildlife Tropical North Queensland - Unequalled Wildlife Experiences
For over 25 years, the Freeman Family have specialised in wildlife tourism, transforming their innovative concepts into outstanding wildlife attractions. Together with their dedicated team of experienced staff, they have attained an unequalled reputation for the delivery of consistently high quality tourism services and exceeding their customers’ expectations.
Every year, Wildlife Tropical North Queensland invests significant resources creating innovative new products and enhancing their facilities to enrich the customer experience in a process of continuous improvement and renewal.
Realising the need for the provision of practical on-ground assistance for local wildlife care and conservation projects, the family established the North Queensland Wildlife Trust in 2004. The Trust raises and distributes funds for the conservation of native wildlife and the restoration of local habitats which support them. Funds donated by visitors are matched by the family.
No other area in Australia offers such an array of diverse ecosystems and regions for visitors to explore. The World Heritage icons of The Great Barrier Reef and the Wet Tropics Rainforests are well known. Less familiar are the coastal wetlands, the drier open woodlands of the hinterland or the cool mountain forests of the Atherton and
Windsor Tablelands.
Wildlife Tropical North Queensland products are ideally located throughout the region enabling them to be conveniently included in a wide range of itineraries which combine other leading attractions, activities and destinations.
